Your therapist - Denise Wade

I believe that finding a therapist who you can work well with is the key to having a positive experience of therapy and therefore achieving the best outcome for you. I use an integrative approach when working with clients, which means that I am aware of different theories and different ways of counselling. I have worked with a range of client issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, the impact of physical illness, gender identity, stress, anger, bereavement and abuse.
