I believe that finding a therapist who you can work well with is the key to having a positive experience of therapy and therefore achieving the best outcome for you. I use an integrative approach when working with clients, which means that I am aware of different theories and different ways of counselling. By using a unique combination I can tailor your therapy to fit you and your needs. I have worked with a range of client issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, the impact of physical illness, gender identity, stress, anger, bereavement and abuse.

 

My Qualifications

 

  • Recent cpd in working with the LGBTQ+ community, Working with Trauma, Working with children and young people on bereavement.
  • Awareness in Bereavement Care course with Oxfordshire Cruse
  • Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
  • Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling (Person Centred Approach, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

• I am a registered member (no. 234487) of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I abide by their professional Ethical Framework and Principles. The register ensures that members maintain a high standard of work in their practice.
